Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

All orders are sent within the UK, including Northern Ireland, via Royal Mail.

Deliveries to the mainland UK should be dispatched within 2 working days, and should arrive up to 3 working days later. However, sometimes during busy periods or bank holidays, deliveries may take longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more extreme areas such as the Highlands of Scotland may take longer.

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us with your order number or alternatively call us on 01285 653982.

We are unable to offer overseas deliveries at this time.

Shipping costs with the United Kingdom are as follows:

Standard Shipping (2-5 days) via Royal Mail: £4.79

Special Delivery (next day) via Royal Mail: £11.65 

Returns:

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us within 30 days of receipt*. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packing, with a copy of the packing slip and the order number clearly noted.

We offer free returns. Should you wish to return a product you have purchased via our website, please email us with your order number, the items you would like to return or exchange, and a reason for the return. We will then e-mail you a returns label that can be printed out and affixed to the packaging.
